May 21st, 2007 at 06:11 pm

Old baby spending total: 840.00
New total: 1,028.00

89.00 Copay for second ultrasound, ah the pleasure of paying for your own health insurance and having crummy benefits....

84.00 car seat, found for about 15% less than anywhere else at Walmart, with free site to store shipping. Last big purchase to be made...YAHOO! and very highly rated in all the consumer guides and opinions sites.
Should be here in 7-10 days...

15.00 for two pairs of clearance shoes at Payless and boy does this make me grumpy. As of yesterday evening the only shoes I could fit in where a pair of old running shoes, and two pairs of flip flops...umm, not exactly court friendly...hmm, off to payless one pair of black slides and another pair of wedges on sale, but what a waste as I will only be able to wear them for another 10 weeks....oh well....

Don't be too sure about the shoe size thing. I wore 6.5 when I got pregnant the first time. Now I wear 8.5!

Yeah - I went from a 9 to a 10. I am still in denial. LOL. They didn't tell you that? Hopefully you will get your feet back though - Wink I resorted to working barefoot - hoping my boss wouldn't notice - keep the shoes nearby in case. Being pregnant in the heat is just so miserable - probably will get worse unless it is already hot where you are.

I just had to say wow your pregnancy is going by so fast. I don't know why I have some friends who feels like they have been pregnant for eternity, and others it just seems to fly by. Thankfully my SIL's is flying too! We should find out today if girl or boy.

Monkey Mama you busted me, my shoes are off under my desk, thankfully my office is in the back, so I can hurry them on if needed! It's already pretty hot here (80's) Friday was around 100 degrees, eeks...Congrats to your sister in law!

LOL. YEah with my older son I had a MISERABLE pregnancy and it was in the 100s most of May - July that year (july baby). My second baby was july too but it was a very mild summer and didn't hit 100 until the week he was born. It was then that I realized all the swelling and discomfort had mostly been from heat, and I was SO blessed the second time. The difference was night and day.

Hang in there, and stay near the a/c!!!!

Geez I didn't even have the heat to blame. It was my weight gain! I was lucky, one in February, one in May, last in August, but mild weather here on the North Coast of California.

My shoe size only went up a little -- I started wearing more 7's than 6.5's, but it depended on the style. So don't despair, your feet may be just fine. (For some reason my butt never went back to normal, though.) Smile
